Clinician Terms of Service & EULA

1. Platform Logistics & Scope

Quantum Care ("Quantum") provides administrative organization tools, unified calendar feed aggregation, credential vaults with expiry tracking, expense logging, and rate-transparent job board listings for healthcare providers ("Providers") and staffing agencies.

2. Platform Membership Tiers & Pricing

• Quantum Essential ($10.00/month after 1-Month Free Trial): Includes full access to the AI-powered centralized portal, unified multi-agency calendar synchronization, double-booking conflict alerts, credential expiry tracking, 1099 expense logging, and direct gig applications. Users earn additional free months ($10.00/month subscription fee waived) for each colleague referred with their referral code.
• Quantum Concierge ($10.00/month after 1-Month Free Trial + $10.00/hour worked on managed contracts, capped at 100 hours/month): Full-service administrative offloading where Quantum handles agency paperwork, credentialing filings, hospital privileging, reimbursement tracking, and travel coordination. Concierge members also earn free months waiving the $10.00/month base subscription fee for each colleague referred, in addition to eligible worked-hour referral bonuses.
• Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings with no termination fees or penalties.

3. Credential Vault & Document Security

Your uploaded licenses, DEA registrations, and certifications remain private and secure. Quantum will never transmit or share your credential documents with any agency or facility without your explicit, one-click authorization for each specific application packet.

4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Quantum serves as an administrative logistics software provider and is not a clinical staffing agency or medical employer.

Are you a Locums Staffing Agency or Recruiter? Please review the Agency Locums Agent EULA governing agency portal access, clinician matching, and finder's fee retention rights.
