WHY PARTNER WITH QUANTUM

Make it easier for clinicians to understand — and act on — your opportunities.

Quantum gives locum agencies another way to connect with clinicians while presenting opportunities in a format built around the information clinicians actually use to make decisions.

By bringing job details, clinician preferences, and the administrative side of locum work closer together, Quantum can help create a more organized path from opportunity to assignment.

Present Opportunities More Clearly

Give clinicians a useful view of each opportunity, including compensation, location, schedule, assignment details, and other relevant information available for the role.

Reach Clinicians Already Managing Locum Work

Put opportunities in front of clinicians who are using Quantum to organize schedules, credentials, contracts, pay, and assignments across their locum careers.

Create More Relevant Conversations

Help clinicians evaluate opportunities against their own preferences before engaging, so initial conversations can start with more context about what they are actually looking for.

Help Clinicians Move From Interest to Application

Quantum keeps clinicians’ locum information and documents organized in one place, creating a cleaner path when they decide they want to pursue an opportunity.

Better information for clinicians. Better context for agencies. A more organized way to start the conversation.

HOW IT WORKS FOR AGENCIES

Share opportunities. Reach interested clinicians. Move forward with more context.

Quantum helps agencies present locum opportunities to clinicians in a structured way and creates a clearer path from discovery to conversation.

STEP 1

Share Your Opportunities

Provide the role details clinicians need to evaluate an assignment, including specialty, location, schedule, compensation, assignment length, and other relevant information.

STEP 2

Clinicians Discover and Evaluate

Clinicians review opportunities through Quantum and decide for themselves which assignments they want to pursue. Their contact information remains private while they browse.

STEP 3

Connect Only When There’s Mutual Relevance

Agencies do not receive access to a directory of Quantum clinicians, clinician contact information, or lists of users to prospect.

A clinician reviews an opportunity first. Only when that clinician expresses interest in a specific opportunity should an introduction or connection be made so the agency and clinician can continue the recruiting and placement process.

Clinician privacy comes first.

Quantum is not a clinician lead list. Agencies cannot browse clinician contact information or use Quantum to cold-call, email, text, or market opportunities to clinicians who have not expressed interest. Clinician information is shared only as needed after the clinician chooses to pursue a specific opportunity.

Operational clarification: Quantum supports the connection and organization around the opportunity. The staffing agency remains responsible for its own recruiting, employment/contracting, credentialing, compliance, and placement processes unless a separate partnership arrangement explicitly says otherwise.

BUILD BETTER OPPORTUNITY LISTINGS

Give clinicians the information they need before the first conversation.

Clinicians shouldn’t have to start a recruiting call just to learn the basics of an assignment. Quantum is designed to present opportunities with enough useful detail for a clinician to decide whether a role is worth pursuing.

Compensation

Show the actual rate or clearly defined compensation information available for the assignment rather than vague phrases such as “competitive pay.”

Location & Facility

Include the location, facility type, and other relevant practice-setting details that help a clinician understand where they would be working.

Schedule

Share shift length, typical hours, expected schedule, coverage needs, and assignment dates when available.

Assignment Details

Include expected assignment duration, start timing, call requirements, workload information, and other role-specific expectations.

Clinical Environment

Where relevant, provide details that materially affect the clinician’s experience — for example patient volume, trauma designation, support coverage, or other specialty-specific information.

Requirements

Clearly identify licenses, certifications, experience, credentialing requirements, or other qualifications needed for the role.

The more useful information a clinician has upfront, the easier it is for them to decide whether they genuinely want to connect.

CLINICIAN-CONTROLLED CONNECTIONS

No cold outreach. No clinician contact lists.

Clinicians use Quantum to review opportunities on their own terms. Agencies do not receive access to a searchable directory of clinicians, bulk contact information, or lists of users to prospect.

A clinician’s contact information stays private while they browse. A connection is made only after that clinician chooses to express interest in a specific opportunity.

Clinicians Choose First

The clinician decides whether an opportunity is relevant before any introduction is made.

No Prospecting Database

Agency partners cannot browse Quantum users or use the platform to cold-call, email, text, or market jobs to clinicians who have not expressed interest.

Information Shared Purposefully

When a clinician chooses to pursue an opportunity, only the information appropriate for that connection and placement process should be shared.

Quantum is built to help agencies reach interested clinicians — not to turn clinicians into a contact list.

FROM INTEREST TO ASSIGNMENT

Once a clinician is interested, the real conversation can begin.

When a clinician chooses to pursue a specific opportunity, Quantum can facilitate the connection so the clinician and agency can move forward through the appropriate recruiting and placement process.

From that point, the agency can communicate with the interested clinician about the role, confirm fit, collect required information, and continue its normal application, credentialing, contracting, and placement workflow.

STAGE 1

Clinician Expresses Interest

The clinician actively chooses the opportunity they want to pursue. Only then is the appropriate connection made with the agency.

STAGE 2

Agency Reviews & Continues the Process

The agency can speak with the interested clinician, confirm qualifications and availability, answer additional questions, and proceed with its established recruiting, credentialing, compliance, and contracting requirements.

STAGE 3

Assignment Moves Forward

If both sides decide to continue, the agency remains responsible for its placement and onboarding process while the clinician can continue organizing the assignment through Quantum.

If the clinician uses Quantum Concierge

A Concierge client may choose to have Quantum provide more hands-on support throughout the process.

With the clinician’s authorization, Concierge may assist with:
communicating with the agency;
coordinating applications and follow-up;
clarifying assignment details;
supporting rate and contract-term negotiations;
helping coordinate licensing and credentialing requirements;
scheduling and travel coordination;
reimbursement and pay follow-up;
ongoing administrative support around the assignment.

Important clarification: Concierge works on behalf of the clinician. It does not replace the agency’s recruiting, credentialing, contracting, compliance, or placement responsibilities.

Agencies should continue to communicate directly with the clinician where required, while including Quantum Concierge in the process when the clinician has authorized that support.
