What is Quantum Care Collective?
We’re a concierge service for physicians doing (or exploring) locum tenens. We act as your personal assistant: we source high‑paying roles across multiple agencies and facilities, negotiate rates and terms, streamline credentialing, and manage your schedule and paperwork so you can focus on patients.

Will you ever let an agency present me without my consent?
No. We will never share your CV or submit you anywhere without your written/recorded approval for that specific role.
Which specialties do you support?
All specialties, with deep familiarity in Emergency Medicine. Tell us your preferences (acuity, volumes, procedures), and we’ll filter accordingly.
Can you help me get new state licenses?
Yes. We coordinate licensing steps and timelines and work with agencies/facilities to fast‑track when possible.
Do you help with credentialing?
Yes. We maintain a document vault, keep expirables current, pre‑fill forms when possible, and liaise with credentialing teams to reduce back‑and‑forth.
Who provides malpractice coverage?
Usually the agency or facility. We confirm occurrence vs. claims‑made and tail terms during negotiation and flag anything unusual.
Do you help with pay, taxes, and benefits questions?
Yes—at the guidance level. Most locum roles are 1099; we help you compare 1099 vs. W‑2 structures and connect you to our accountant partner for entity setup, deductions, quarterly taxes, and ongoing bookkeeping. (We’re not your tax advisor; partner handles formal advice.)
How fast can you find me shifts?
Urgent needs can move in days; credentialing often takes a few weeks. Having your documents ready speeds everything up.
What documents should I prepare?
Current CV, licenses, DEA, controlled subs (if applicable), board cert, BLS/ACLS/ATLS/PALS (as relevant), immunizations, references, malpractice history/claims form, and any procedure logs your specialty requires. We’ll send a checklist and a secure upload link.
Do you help with travel and housing?
We coordinate with whoever is covering travel/lodging (often the agency/facility), verify caps and reimbursements, and make sure details are confirmed in writing.
How do updates and scheduling work?
We maintain your availability calendar and send you curated roles. You’ll get weekly status updates and immediate pings for urgent/high‑rate opportunities.
Do you have a referral bonus?
Yes. Refer a physician colleague and earn a bonus once they start working assignments through QCC.
Are you a staffing agency?
No. We’re a concierge service representing physicians across multiple agencies and facilities. Our job is to align the best roles with each physician’s goals and remove friction from the process.
Can you help update my CV?
Yes—we’ll optimize it for locums and each role’s requirements.
Do you negotiate rates?
Absolutely. We push for top‑of‑market rates and fair terms (OT, call, shift diffs, travel caps).
Do you support residents/new attendings?
Yes—just share your ideal ramp‑up timeline.
Do you support APPs (PA/NP/CRNA)?
Yes—add your preferences in the intake form.
