Quantum Care Collective is an independent physician support service founded in 2025. We specialize in offering comprehensive assistance to doctors and advanced care providers seeking locum tenens opportunities.Our innovative rewards program encourages referrals and helps providers achieve their desired income levels while generating passive revenue streams. Our Story
Like many other doctors in my position, the end of residency seemed like I would finally be breaking free from the clutches of the "grind" and be in the clear to enjoy my life to the fullest. It didn't take long for me to realize that, in effect, I had not broken free but traded in the shackles of residency for the "golden shackles" of living a more lavish lifestyle. I was not splurging by any means but my bills were catching up with me. The more shifts I worked, the more I got paid, the more bills I could pay off and the more things I could consume. I was slowly entering the rat race with no end in site!
Three years later and not much to show for it, I finally took some time to rethink my career and did a deep dive into learning about how I could breakout. At the time, I was working full time in a W2 140 hour/month job that was fun and engaging but did not provide me with the economic freedom I was searching for. I then turned to supplementing my W2 income with locums work around the country. This is where things got interesting.
Working the W2 was simple and easy. The tricky part was juggling all the 1099 locums that I was working for. Imagine having to credential, recredential, complete modules, maintain certificates , plan travel and track travel related expenses for each individual locums company you work for. It can be a true nightmare! Luckily I had my partner Daria, help me keep everything organized or else I would have gone insane.

That's when "it" dawned on us. What if we could form a concierge service that would link high paying jobs with qualified providers and we would manage all of the hassle so that the provider can really focus on what matters most to them? And what if we structured the company in way that every provider get's to enjoy passive income streams simply for referring colleagues to join us? And what if we made it, that the more years you were an active member of the collective, you grew as well in the amount of passive income you could generate?
