Quantum Care Collective is an independent physician support service founded in 2025. We specialize in helping doctors and advanced care providers streamline their locum tenens experience — from job sourcing and credentialing to ongoing financial and logistical support.
Our mission is to empower healthcare professionals to take control of their careers and finances by simplifying the chaos of working across multiple staffing groups. As a completely independent concierge service, we help you secure the best-paying locum opportunities while eliminating administrative headaches.
We also offer a unique referral rewards program, allowing providers to build passive income streams by simply referring their colleagues — because success should be shared.
Our Story
From burnout to breakthrough — why we built Quantum Care Collective.

Like many doctors finishing residency, I thought I was finally breaking free from the grind — ready to enjoy life without constantly sacrificing my time and energy. But it didn’t take long to realize I hadn’t escaped the system; I had simply traded the restraints of residency for the “golden shackles” of a more expensive lifestyle.
I wasn’t splurging or living lavishly, but the bills piled up. The more shifts I picked up, the more I got paid — and the more I consumed just to stay afloat. I was slowly slipping into the rat race, with no clear way out.

Three years later, with not much to show for it, I paused to re-evaluate my career. At the time, I was working a full-time W2 job — 140 hours a month — which I enjoyed, but it didn’t provide the economic freedom I was looking for. So I started taking on locums work to supplement my income. That’s when things got interesting.

Working a W2 position was straightforward. But juggling multiple 1099 locum assignments was something else entirely. I found myself buried in credentialing, re-credentialing, online modules, certifications, travel planning, and tracking expenses — all multiplied by each separate staffing agency.

It was a logistical nightmare. If it hadn’t been for my partner, Daria, helping me keep everything organized, I would’ve burned out fast.
That’s when the idea hit us:

What if we created a concierge service that matched doctors with high-paying locum jobs and took care of all the back-end chaos?
What if we built something that let providers focus on what really matters — patient care, time, and freedom?
What if we structured it in a way that rewarded providers with passive income just for referring trusted colleagues — and made that benefit grow the longer you’re part of the collective?
